Returns & Refunds

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or faulty.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  5. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
